Our Partnerships
We look to support external programmes to improve diversity and inclusion within the industry.
We have supported Teach First, a social enterprise that aims to address educational disadvantages, by providing work experience placements for disadvantaged students.
We have recently partnered with GAIN (Girls Are INvestors), a charity that aims to raise the profile of the financial sector among girls and women at schools & universities in the UK.
Environmental Factors
We seek to minimise our direct environmental impact by limiting our net ecological footprint.
Our single office in London is powered by zero carbon electricity from Good Energy, an energy company that sources its electricity from certified renewable sources such as solar, wind, hydro and bio-generation. In 2018 we partnered with Natural Capital Partners, and through them the RSK Group, to calculate and offset the GHG emissions associated with the operation of our business. We have been certified CarbonNeutral1 since 2018.
1 Carbon footprint assessments are generally carried in accordance with one of two internationally recognised standards for accounting and reporting corporate greenhouse gas emissions. The best known is the “Greenhouse Gas Protocol – Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard” (GHG Protocol) developed in a partnership of the World Business Counsel for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and the World Resource Institute (WRI). The CarbonNeutral Protocol developed by Natural Capital Partners is an additional quality layer on top of the above-mentioned standards and describes the requirements for achieving the CarbonNeutral brand mark.
